• Trophy Whitetail Deer & Black Bear Hunting - The New York State Firearms season for deer kicks off the 3rd Saturday in November each year. We will run our hunts as 5 days hunts, alternating camps to ensure minimal pressure on the herd, to ensure you have the best opportunity at a great whitetail.
Note: Even though Steuben County allows the use of rifles during the firearms season, in an effort to minimize pressure and maximize safety on a property layout that most hunters don't know, we only allow the use of Shotgun and Muzzleloader during the firearms season.
We have a 3rd camp in Greenwood, NY which consists of 300 acres. This property is available for DIY Style Hunts only & rifles are allowed. Please inquire for more details if this is more of your hunting style.

• Trophy Whitetail Bow Hunting - Archery Season in the Southern Tier of New York is a blast. It runs from from October 1st until the Friday before the gun opener (3rd Saturday in November). This gives you ample opportunity at catching deer in the early season on food sources, during the pre-rut scent checking does, or during the chasing/seeking phases of the rut, before the gun season kicks off.

• There is something for everyone during our late season (2nd split) of Late October through December. In late October and Early November wood ducks, mallards, blacks and other puddlers is what will typically fill the bag. As the season progresses and temperatures drop, big water hunts for divers and sea ducks begin, and we will hunt smaller marshes and private waters/land for migrating mallards and blacks. Canada geese are plentiful throughout the season, and on an average late season goose hunt we will see thousands of geese migrating in large flocks as they journey south. Field hunts for geese can also produce mixed bags with ducks, and on occasion snow geese may present yet another opportunity. We are in a "Flyway Highway", a main migration route for waterfowl as they migrate south. It is truly a waterfowler's paradise!

• We offer 5 day, fully-guided archery deer hunts for up to 4 hunters from, September 27th to October 17th each year. Our goal is to keep the groups small to ensure you have the best chance at success.
Our guides will pick you up each morning and bring you to a pre-scouted stand. Most of our stand sites are ladder or hang on stands situated on pinch points, travel corridors and food sources. Be prepared to spend several hours a day on stand. We always recommend staying on stand as long as possible, to make the most out of your time here.
The fall weather is very unpredictable, with temps from the low 20's to the high 60's. October is one of the wettest months, so pack your rain gear. Much of this area is flat and swampy, we recommend 18' rubber boots and good rain pants.
