Was laid up for a while when I got back on my feet I had trouble loosing the 10 pounds I had put on. It doesn't sound like much weight but when you're chasing dall Sheep around the mountain every pound counts especially around your middle. Take the product but you have to do the work also and you will see results. It will make you pee alot.

WEIGHT-LOSS SYSTEM

This is a great system. Tastes great works well. Lost 10 pounds using this. The supplements work great and the shakes are great for taking on the go to replace breakfast or lunch. Highly recommend. Been using it for almost two months now.

Potent stuff....

Don't get me wrong, I like the RENU and what it does/how it makes me feel, but it is a little misleading to say that it is a "gentle cleanse". There's really nothing gentle about the effects that this has on you for half of the next day after you take it. Once you get used to it, your body handles it better, but the first week of being on it was tough. The first couple of days I thought that I had a bad stomach bug and a touch of the flu (from the detox). All of which is a good thing, because it is your body getting rid of the junk that you are carrying around, but it is a far from "gentle" process. Overall really like the way I feel in terms of no bloating and the like in the afternoons. Wouldn't want to take these all the time but it is definitely a good tool to shake things loose and get cleaned up.

MTN OPS Ignite-Excellent Product!

We have been using MTN OPS Ignite for a couple of years now. I first started drinking it when I was working in Colorado a couple of years ago assisting with the damages from the post wildfire flooding. I was working late hours trying to get all the work done and still trying to get up and hit the gym at the hotel every morning before work. The stuff is awesome! I had lots of energy and focus and was able to stay productive for the two months of 16-18 hour days. Once I returned home, my wife started drinking it as well. She is a runner and does some cardio classes in the mornings and I hit the weights most mornings before work. We both really enjoy the benefits of the Ignite product and definitely like that it doesn't have all of the trash products in it that a lot of other pre-workout or energy products seem to have.
