My new Garmin inReach just arrived today. Look forward to figuring it out including using it in sync with my Garmin tactix 7 Pro Ballistics watch. Apparently, you can use the watch to control certain features of the inReach (like sending short messages). I'll be writing more in-depth reviews of both later. Anyone else use these two products? I used an inreach mini during elk season last year. Mostly, it was a safety net and peace of mind for my wife, as my dad and I were in a really rugged remote area.
